Below are my educational background and professional experiences, which reflect my journey in building both technical and practical skills. These experiences have shaped my growth and prepared me for future opportunities in the field.
During my undergraduate studies, I developed a strong interest in data and built a solid foundation in data-related concepts. This interest grew over time as I found enjoyment in analyzing information and drawing meaningful insights. My passion for data analysis became one of the main reasons I decided to pursue a career as a data analyst.
I created learning videos using Powtoon to help enhance both soft and hard skills among users. As part of a project team, I also took on the role of audio asset management in the development of learning content focused on Growth Mindset and Agile Mindset. These materials were designed to support employees in transitioning from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, fostering greater motivation and continuous skill development.
Over the past four months, I have developed strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and dashboard creation using Tableau and Kibana. Throughout this period, I worked on various individual and team projects that enhanced both my technical expertise and collaboration skills. I successfully completed the program with a final score of 89.50.
During my internship at BFI Finance as part of the Kampus Merdeka program, I contributed to the development of soft skills training by creating engaging learning videos for employees. I also collaborated with the team to design and develop interactive learning modules that encouraged active user participation. I successfully completed the program and was honored to be ranked as the second-best graduate in my cohort.
I was responsible for uploading training materials to the Learning Management System (LMS) to support users in developing both soft and hard skills. Additionally, I provided technical support for regional scale training sessions both online and offline—including setting up and managing audio, lighting, and video equipment to ensure smooth delivery.
I am confident that my knowledge and skills have equipped me to perform well in this field. With a strong foundation, practical experience, and a continuous drive to learn, I believe I can contribute effectively and grow as a valuable professional in this industry.
